Groundbreaking Ceremony

ATS conducted its long awaited groundbreaking at the Ardmore Airpark in Ardmore, Oklahoma. The groundbreaking culminates three years worth of design and development work from Oklahoma State University.

The groundbreaking was well attended with over 80 guests and dignitaries from around the state. The speakers at the event included Stan Malicki, President of ATS, from Poland, Vince Howie, CEO and Vice-President ATS, Brent Kissling, Executive Director Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Vic Bird, Director Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission, the Honorable John Moore, Mayor of Ardmore, and Mita Bates, President of the Ardmore Economic Development Authority. Attendees included representatives from Sen. Inhofe, Sen Lankford, Congressman Cole, Congresswoman Horn, State Representative Townley, Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission, Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance, City of Ardmore, local business owners and other interested guests. The groundbreaking kicks off a three month construction period to install the working prototype for the Aircraft Towing System. An unveiling of the ATS system is planned for late March or early April 2020 when ATS will actually move an airplane and demonstrate the capabilities of the system.
